O i see, this looks like an interagency appeal. Not familiar with it. My thought is the agency, will parrot the decision made today. All of this has been doped out by the criminals who did this to NAK inside the ACOE....they are all in it together.....Where the case might get some light is the appeal from the Agency to the fed district court, but you can see from the 9 findings, that these criminals wanted to make it bullet proof.....not saying yet they have.
