BAYP is a shell controlled by long-time OTC scammer Paul Strickland and his cronies.

Here is a post on the subject, which was copied from another IHUB Board. Take note BAYP remains on the Strickland list. Strickland was formerly on the BAYP Board of Directors when Clay Franks was running his BAYP dog and pony show! Interestingly, BAYP, via Franks, purportedly bought a carwash from the then-CEO of SPRV, but BAYP has never reported even one dollar in revenue from the on-going carwash business and the carwash asset is not on the BAYP books! Paul Strickland has voting control of SPRV. Strickland appears to be overseeing a very tangled web of no good!

VGLS - illegal 3(a)10 transaction

I was doing some research on this 3(a)10 transaction recently done by VGLS and found numerous red flags including:

*It wasn't a bona fide debt
*VGLS lied about the state of incorporation of the "debt holder"
*The debt looks backdated, altered, and possibly forged
*The debt was acquired with an "I Owe You" for 10% of the face value by a related entity to the new VGLS CEO

I'll pretense this research by mentioning that Paul L Strickland recently took control of the VGLS shell.

Strickland is a dilution King. He killed several stocks in the past:

COHO - SEC SUSPENDED then REVOKED
PDGO - $.0003/share
JAMN - no bid
SPRV - No bid
EHOS - No bid
MRIB - No bid
BAYP - No Bid
TBEV - No Bid
ANVS - SEC SUSPENDED

And recently, Strickland has gotten active in HLLK and the subject of this post, VGLS.

Many people believe that Paul Strickland secretly controls Top Knot Inc USA using John Kellas as a front, which is why it has shown up in so many of his Issuers.
