BAYP is a shell controlled by long-time OTC scammer Paul Strickland and his cronies.

One wonders what attracts Strickland to the BAYP wasteland...

All of the assets listed for oil, mineral rights, skincare are all bogus.

Just can't expect to find a buyer for discounted share blocks, when the O/S is 13B, and no bid.

Only thing left is to sell it as a Shell. Unclear how that happens with Strickland claiming it isn't a shell.

What's in it for Strickland? Since there's nothing to start with.
