The government doesn't negotiate, and they don't get discounts. They pay premium for everything. It's not their money, they don't care. They spend as much as they can, so they can get a bigger budget next year.

IMHO... Remote Learning is Crap! Kids need to be in schools to not only learn but to socially develop as well. Just think of all those inner city kids, i feel they are the ones suffering the most.

Speaking of how I grew up in a poor city family, i am assuming many other family's are still suffering like my family was when i was a child in the city. Parents are working many hours to pay the bills. Kids are left at home to take care of themselves because their is no money for babysitters. When the one parent gets home they dont care about school, they are too tired. Kids are left to remote learn all by themselves. This is a flawed system and inner city kids suffer the most.

As such, i disagree that schools should spend more money on remote learning. They need to spend money to get kids back into the classroom. Often these kids teachers may care more about the kids education than the parents (like mine did).

The TPTW products are great as it allows the school systems to monitor for any outbreaks.
