Remember this is Texas , What do you think just the freeways in Houston cost ? 1/2 billion in Texas is a drop in the bucket . 28 million population in the state ,, oil money ,Houston is the 4th largest city in USA , and They are not broke like CA ,NY and others

Oh look, $2 billion Budget for for HISD 2020-2021 school year including a $500 Million "rainy day fund."

You are correct, "they", as in the government, aren't going to pay anything. They'll give money to the schools and Texas residents will pay for it with higher taxes.

TPTW has the only Mobile Lab that is CLIA Certified. There is a huge need all over the country for these. We need to get away from sites that only collect test and start moving into Testing and Diagnostic sites to ensure quick test results. The HallPass will be vital as proof...

To think that large cities/counties/states/federal governments wont pay to protect their citizens is a error in judgment. I have never seen a government place a dollar figure on a human life.

What we know is Covid-19 has cost an estimated 16 Trillion! The United States Government has Spent 2.6 Trillion to fight it.
