Not yet...Enzolytics Inc and the Enzolytics Holding have merged. Next step I believe will be for Bioclonetics to merge into the Holding Co.

The holding Co is like a Jar. The old shares now represent the JAR..Enzolytices is now in the JAR..Bioclonetics will be added to the Jar soon. Maybe tomorrow. The shares will then represent everything in the JAR.

Charles (and his other experts) knows what he's doing. . .and even with all the 'gear-shifting' going on, I feel like they are truly looking out after the company's and our shareholder interests as they complete the last minute details. First time I ever have had this good feeling in such a matter!!! I appreciate them for this too!!!
