This is big news in the current OTC environment because PMPG is "SEC Delinquent" on OTC markets. With this amended 10Q, they may be close to going SEC current which is a stark difference from SEC delinquent and risk of suspension.

Becoming SEC current is a step above even OTC current IMO because their filings are with the SEC not just OTC.

Something big is brewing here, cause it aint cheap to do this. :)
