Sometimes you have to let things fall before they are reveal when things hit the ground. Does it break and show nothing or does it reveal something else.
You state, “the dtc are the only ones to remove the markers.” What should have happen is allow hosen to have the markers removed and actually the process denied. That would have given the result the markers are in fact valid.
Right now two things we know the markers are there. The dtc has the money. Bk is complete 12/2019.
However, there is no money distribution to equity. What!!!!
