And thats just for testing...not even taking into consideration the purchase of QuikLABs and SANIQuiks for every school. 288 schools in Houston school district alone = another $43mil for 2 QuikLABs and 2 SANIQuiks for each school...and they'll likely need far more than 2 at each school to handle that amount of students.

And thats straight revenue projections. i would expect it would expect a 5x multiplier on that for a proper evaluation. TPTW wins
