You just answered Z’s hollowed theories for equity holders!!!

Z’s theories only show one group that benefit the Kkr group and the ceo. Each group or individuals would get even 1.00 dividend per year of 15 million per year while others receive their reduced amount from the r/s. The other is if they by pass the POR 7 dividend minimum 31 quarters to a latter date it will not happen. Z may have the information but is clues less on the process. As you will see equity gets passed over
