The JPS crowd better start filing their law suits now since no dividends are in store for awhile. But then they have a massive conversion coming to them! Cant remember why, or how come the companies would do that considering they are in need of capital, and giving away tons of shares to a group "special" in the capital stack folk will do nothing for future capital building. As a matter of fact, those in the know realize it is a far bigger expense than it is worth at this point. Pretty sure the government, FA's, SM, MC and companies realize all this also. So probably figuring on just leaving everyone where they stand until a certain capital level gets triggered.
Those fulcrum shares sure don't have as much going for them as capital builds...
