I have another ticker focussed on right now but this caught my eye but there is a lack of progress so can wait a little on this one. Only took a few minutes to pull the case number off the 8-k and check the case with Clark County and look for NVSOS filings. DD is always key and I've been following Lazar tickers for a while.
