Good assessment; but not by years end....maybe by mid 2021. Surprised it went back to this low trading level; but had a feeling it was just the shares that were issued, with no restrictions. Seems like it has bottomed; and someone ran to buy a million in the 6's, the last couple of minutes of trading on Friday. Wouldn't be surprised to see another PR sometime soon.
