How come that KKR people are getting shares owed to escrows but owned to them?And what did they do to deserve such a large distribution of COOP shares?

The SEC Submissions reveal of a common share based COOP coupon to be issued, ... is a very serious matter

AZ, So anybody who bought COOP shares this past Friday, is also eligible to get this dividend ? Your napkin math is based on current COOP holdings (https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=159646486).
Unless the trustee does a clean “catch-up” for the original P,K and U escrow holders, this seems a bit odd, to say the least.
