2) Companies have also cut their expenses by cutting back on unecessary items like office space which is just sitting empty but therefore becomes an “operating expense” in their accounts.
3) If any letters were sent to the company by the Secretary of State’s Office or the SEC, who do you think would deal with them? Yup you got it - their accountants. So it’s a really sensible move and will remove several thousand Dollars in operating expenses from the balance sheet.
