Dwyer already said he will be here until January 2021 or until a new CEO is found. As far as I know neither have taken place so I would suspect that he is still in control and he will continue to dilute this until he gets every nickel he can get.
He announced a new CEO at TGGI quite a while ago and he has yet to make a statement. All leads me to believe this is all BS......in the typical Dwyer fashion of EXAD, TGGI, IGPK and GCGX....all scams ....all day
