revlis- I saw FACT on the bid but did not pay attention to frequency. IDC's situation could be different but I think FACT is not alone in the buyback. I have some experience that generally 2 MM or more are engaged to reduce the possibility of stock price manipulation. This 2 0r more rule is particularly important for thinly traded issues and IDC I believe is still condidered thinly traded.
