I wrote a couple posts today mentioning a forced switch to GV is going to hit a lot of Medicare patients in the wallet hard - how do you warn them about the gap insurance coverage cost for GV vs. V if we can't even educate enough docs to boost sales to the levels they should be by now? And I just realized an authorized generic from AMRN is going to be nearly as costly to Medicare patients as Hikma's GV - AMRN won't have to provide large discounts while patients are in the coverage gap - as in so high I won't be able to afford it, $350/mo is absolutely out of the question - if I could afford that I wouldn't be driving around in a 16 yr old car. FUCK. FUCKFUCKFUCK!
