No it was a 1.65 to 1 split. Holders of Eontec got 65% more shares. Bullish move by Eontec management. So Eontec is actually almost at a 5 year high, split adjusted.
Charts take stock splits into account. Eontec reached a high of ~27 in May, 2015. (That number is corrected for stock splits as are all subsequent numbers.) It was ~15 at the beginning of this year, reached a yearly high of ~18 at the end of Feb. and is now ~11. I'd hardly characterize the move over the past few days from ~10 to ~11 as "being on the move."
