One of the other reasons Harry is not CEO Is because the SEC sucker punched him by halting IMMB when he was saying he thought his treatment could "possibly" help with the Ebola Virus. I went to the SEC website and read all the litigation it was a sucker punch on him. That being said unfair as it may be he has been flagged. Amazing how in the end it will all turn in his favor.
The history of that was he then obtained another company changed the name to ENZC merged it with IMMB then formed IMMB-BG (Bulgaria where stage III testing HIV is complete) and made sure to only own 49% of it.
