PSA: TDAmeritrade does not equal ETrade.

For some reason I thought TD owned them. They don't. Called TDAmeritrade's customer service late yesterday. They informed me that they have no policy against purchasing Caveat Emptor stocks. Post-November 22nd, we'll still be able to buy all the $NDTP our little hearts desire.
