Highly unlikely we see the 10-Q Monday. It will be some random day likely in the next 30.
The last time they were later than the 5 day grace period (Q1 this year) for the 10-Q they were a full month late.
And please stop the crap about the 5 days giving them until Monday. The 10-Q was due in 40 days as they they are an accelerated filer, Not 45 days as you claim.
The regs that biosec keeps blowing smoke on clearly state they apply only after the next 10-K.
