I am sure SOLI wanted to know the SEC'S position exclusively on the PR etc. that had them suspended. Now they know that the SEC is more or less not considering it an issue.
However, when they want to go back to normal trading, they don't want any further scrutiny with the 211 checkmark.
So you and I have to agree to disagree, we only have a few months wait to see which one of us is right.
