You can't fire Rogerinocchio. There is no Board of Directors that would fire him. There is no annual shareholder meeting where you can even question him or raise a shareholder proposal. There is no voting. No proxies. Nuffin.
This is Rogerinocchio's company and he can stiff arm the minority shareholders up he wazoo as long as he damned well pleases.
