Look at the os and float. with anthea getting 60mil pre spilt and the large shareholders holding about 160mil or more plus us retail folks they would have to dip into the authorized which at current Pps is worse dilution cause overall value is lower.
I think we run soon and longer term Sam has bank to bring in the other entities. Time will tell of course if what I suggest turns out.
A low RS is generally designed to get the share price up........In Theory, the SP will be .15 tomorrow.....with added news about value, the price can move up to the $ range a LOT easier from .15 than from .015.
If $CLSI comes through, it should be pretty good here........
Looks like their heart is in the right place by that low RS.....
And the end gain could be uplisting to Nasdaq......
