As I explained to my brother it frees up shares that can be issued in the future hopefully for acquisitions

Look at the os and float. with anthea getting 60mil pre spilt and the large shareholders holding about 160mil or more plus us retail folks they would have to dip into the authorized which at current Pps is worse dilution cause overall value is lower.

I think we run soon and longer term Sam has bank to bring in the other entities. Time will tell of course if what I suggest turns out.
