I have been around the OTC and Big Boards for a LOT Longer than I have been posting on IHUB ...

I know when I am in OTC Mode , I have my mouth guard in, pads , Helmet and go in with a plan of attack . There are to many unknowns , I have been done that path here in the OTC before. One can speculate all you want, but I try to cut out the Noise, review all input that can be backed up with Data from other folks and then do what I do .

Share structure , Share Structure , can you really spot Dilution.
Financials
Reverse Mergers (what the OTC lives for)
Are they current in Pink , QX , QB markets for OTC
Do not even mess with CE , Grey Market (to risky , SEC suspending now)
CEO , have they been bouncing around the OTC from symbol to symbol (Bad)
Read the Disclosures, know what they have been doing , notes, etc .
and a few other things , knowing the MM's and People that Post

And then just try to put something out , like the last post, if someone saw something different that has backup which is factual to it ... I like to see it , I might have missed something is all.!!!
