I called TDA about my account awhile back when maverick warned everyone and was told my account was a cash account and they could not lend my shares... were they lying???

FWIW, I have a TD margin account, but with a zero margin balance. TD assured me twice over the telephone in the recent past that my NWBO shares would not be loaned out.
