Great perception as you have been doing astonishing well for over 20 years calling OTC plays.... This one we will be talking about through the decade!
God bless you and all the DD you do for those who are too lazy or have inexperience on doing it for themselves.
Myself personally....I doubled my position yesterday and now have over $100k in this one... that's how confident I am....even going to go do some work today outside for my therapy.....I have to calm myself down after making almost $200,000 in just over a week....I'm a definite risk taker but when I see a winner, I play it through the end...most of the time. Glut and everyone
Let's all have a great roast of the week/month/year....remember this .. .their are millions out their who lost their jobs bc of covid and the flocked to the stocks...but most of them are in the mid and large cap....we need to being them all here to where the big $ with small investments are made!

All liabilities of the company to date were settled by Mr. Boucher prior to his resignation.

The company will almost immediately begin the process for becoming an SEC filer and provide audited annual financials beginning with yearend 2020
.

Source of extracts above - TSNP 11/12/2020 PR:

https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2020/11/12/2125662/0/en/Tesoro-Enterprises-Inc-to-Merge-with-HUMBL-LLC-A-Global-Payments-and-Financial-Services-Network.html

- It's good to see that HUMBL is entering TSNP as a debt-free ticker when the old CEO resigned and they will become an SEC reporting company. Plus there have been share reductions.

Go TSNP!

This is complete nonsense - "The new CEO of TSNP/HUMBL buying $10 Million worth of shares directly out of the open market is huge. You don't usually see this within the penny stock world or the major market world. This is some huge show of confidence."

Of course there isn't anyway to validate that since TSNP is a stinky pinky and doesn't file with the SEC - so there isn't a Form 4.

And it is very unusual that HUMBL which claims to be Mobile App company but doesn't have an app - unless you have a link to the app.

"The HUMBL Mobile App delivers borderless transactions, by integrating multiple currencies, payment methods, banks, blockchain and financial services providers into one-click for the customer. HUMBL provides greater access and portability than US only mobile wallet providers, such as Venmo and Zelle."

Oh wow, they threw in a trending word - blockchain so they must be a real company - a app company without an app.

Great post with lots of easy to understand info. I am watching this now and thinking about jumping in but the number of outstanding shares concerns me.

Would you expect a reverse stock split when the companies merge? Novice investor here so forgive me if this is obvious to people with more experience.

TSNP/HUMBL Journey to NASDAQ...

The same investors behind the scenes that took TSNP/HUMBL to achieving a new 52wk high of $1.93 per shar are still here as nothing has changed (or probably have gotten better). I believe they are not on our small time investors' time like myself, but instead, we are on their time for when they will be ready for the next push to that level. I think they are simply allowing TSNP/HUMBL to trade as it has to allow for the weak hands to sell and move on to make it easier for the next push to creating a new high. I suggest all to research the previous pullbacks before achieving new highs of the past. Research the dollar volume over the past couple of weeks or so as there has been well over a billion dollars in dollar volume that has traded. Sorry, but that's nothing to do with us small time guys like myself here on IHub posting. We have no say in the matter.

In my opinion, I think it is obvious that we are now witnessing the TSNP/HUMBL journey to the NASDAQ. I think the company is trading up and down, but is still growing in share price to achieve the NASDAQ share price rule of having a minimum bid of $4.00 per share per the NASDAQ Capital Markets listing requirements below:
