AMRH - Yeah, this one is tricky. What I don't necessarily like is that there is only 6.67M Shares Outstanding now (per Yahoo). If 6.67M represents 14.5% of the new company, by my math the new company would have roughly 46.0M Shares Outstanding. So that's a factor of ~7x to get from the current 6.67M to 46.0M.

What's difficult is that I've seen this R/S as part of the tender agreement for quite some time. So what I'm trying to decipher is, is the price beat down and already anticipating this R/S? Or, after an assumed shareholder approval, is this thing going to .50 like you suggested is a possibility?

I obviously don't know the answer, but $6 is a healthy pps, and 46M shares is a low floater, in my opinion. I don't see this reverse merger being voted down by shareholders either.
