Man this is such a blatant SCAM it's not even funny.

First off like you said why would someone take their potentially game changing private company and merge it with a POS highly diluted barely current company like Tesoro, on top of that why spend $10M buying up worthless shares in the open market. With $10M they could have bought 25 or more clean and current shell companies with that kind of money. It would have made more financial sense for them to just do a reverse split on TSNP shares and then use the $10M for operating cash going forward.

I stand firm on the SEC halting this and it then reopening on the grey market, it is not a matter of if but when
