It was a good 10Q in my opinion. Good volume and decent revenue.
But I think Li is going to have to secure another contract to boost confidence and show that this isn’t a one off. Especially since this is only a 12 month dental contract.
Let’s see if he can get this rolling now that we have 120,000 part contract to show we can do it!
Li has moved the ball down the field, now more than ever he needs to execute a great next play!
While not profitable, burn rate has come down significantly.
Cash is now down to 5 millions from 20 millions just a quarter ago. In this quarter alone, 15 millions has been "invested". That's a "bold" move for a company which has substantial annual burnt rate not too long ago.
This is clearly an indication of "negative cash flow" will be in rear view mirror soon.
SOMETHING (other than dental part) will be keeping the light on for a long time
