MERGER TO CLOSE BY WEDNESDAY, LIKELY TOMORROW!!

The reason I say this is because they stated the following on the November 13th PR

The second tranche of the initial funding is scheduled for receipt EARLY next week and those funds will be used to further our clinical and administrative progress.

NOTE 2 things -

1) we know that they can't receive the 2nd tranch until the merger is closed. They stated this on the November 10 PR.

2) they stated "EARLY NEXT WEEK" which by definition is on or before the halfway point, Wednesday.
