#11732 RE: sasha70 #11731

Anybody who is concerned about the A/S is probably a pink sheets trader and not of concern to the company. This has been discussed many times and is explained by reading the filings. Mr. Chan has funded the company for many years, that debt is backed by equity as debt usually is. Legally the A/S has to be large enough to absorb all potential shares hence the 10b A/S. If I remember correctly the shares are structured at .04 or .05 for the debt, meaning it would literally be impossible to convert and dilute into the market. You would not be able to sell 5 million shares above .05, much less billions... Besides that, i'm sure the CEO is looking for dollars long term not pennies short term. He didn't finance the company with over $20 million and spend many years of his life to execute his debt at .05 to sell at .10 or anything like that IMO... If he wanted to sell that debt I would imagine he would have to sell it to an investment bank (or large investors) further down the road at a much higher price after we have significant revenue... It would be like an ownership stake or something, no way you could ever dilute that much into the market so it's of no concern to me and shouldn't be to other shareholders IMO.
