Highly doubtful those preferred shares will be converted anytime soon, if ever. The power and value is in owning and holding them. Once converted that is gone.

The big money would come through including those preferred shares in a buyout by a bigger player. And that is a real possibility in the next few years with a smallish pharmaceutical concern like NDTP.

It will all depend on the value of the NDTP tech.

5000 x 1000 is only 5 Million shares, not 50 Million shares.

My guess is they were voteable control shares created late last year, finally being reporting.

What we do not know for sure is who got them. Some of us think CCA, LLC folks got all the custodian's shares (as control shares) and R/S their own common shares with ours.

I am starting to think we may have or may be buying Keystone nano and also taking it public.

Way too may road signs I am seeing lead to that possible conclusion. Including the fact that Keystone Nano went 100% social Media dark days before the custodian started the CCA, LLC take over of Milv, as private Biotech, Keystone Nano, who had a subsidiary a while back that got 28 Million dollars of private Biotech investment...and Keystone Nano now has an FDA Phase 3 cancer drug delivery tech trial well underway, where the critters self navigate and search for at attack only cancer cells.

The time of them go radio silent is to big to be coincidence now that one of the 2 founders is a Team Member on the NDTP web site.
