I agree he won’t see a delisting today or tomorrow but the clock is set and henry has a 15 day grace.

I don’t think he will get anything past this timeframe to protect investors.

Regulations have changed and laws are changing for non reporting companies. If we somehow roll into 2021 listed and with no financials it will be a miracle.
