1) who owns the drgv.us from 2016 till October 23 2020?

2) what date was Zhang given custodianship?

Site DRGV.US was not owned and was available to purchase until after the filing of the petition for custodianship. I've been in this equity for a long time and keep an eye on the websites among other things. DRGV.US was free and clear for anyone to claim until some time after Zhang filed for custodianship - i think for a few weeks more or less.
