Thanks for being sensible. Rare on here.

As an independent consultant for corporate projects, I'll break down a few things that are pretty common sense when developing or even changing domains/sites.

1.History of DRGV website.

The website of DRGV was http://www.dragoncapital.us until late 2015 when it was changed to drgv.us. In late 2015 to early 2016 drgv.us was suspended by the host, "bluehost." https://web.archive.org/web/20161018234516/http://box790.bluehost.com/suspended.page/disabled.cgi/chinadirectinc.com

Not uncommon, considering many hosts do purges depending on activity of sites and/or fees paid to keep said domain on their servers. If you're a techy you'll understand the importance of server space. Question here is, was the domain name drgv.us still owned by the original owner? See point 2 below to understand why this is important.

2. drgv.us returned October 23, 2020 of this year after it was registered with GoDaddy.

When initially setting up a godaddy domain the name is crucial because it links to the owners IP address for verification purposes. Meaning drgv.us would have to be available for GoDaddy to set you up with that domain name. This is done through a name search GoDaddy does as part of their service to setup your domain. This means the owner of the initial site could use the name because they owned it previously but any new user couldn't.

Question for the board.

When did Zhang take over as custodian? If it was before October 23rd, 2020 could mean he was the one to set it up with a new host, GoDaddy.

If Zhang took over after October 23rd, 2020 it would be impossible for him to change or add info because he wasn't the custodian of DRGV at the time and would not have access to anything DRGV.

You're all welcome.
