DEF 14C filling for the RS expired already.. it was valid for 12 mos from 11/08/2019 ..

NO RS can be done without a new notice (filling) as this one expired .. IMO they were some pre pandemic plans meant for uplisting.. that went and passed and nothing happened due to covid slow down

co will grow and update at its own pace from here on.. but no RS concerned for now

They said will provide updates in December for the USA markets and on the corporate stock side of it ..

for me this is a buy and hold for many years.. as you see, most of MLM's that are public are quite pricey after taking off.. energy drinks are especially quite successful.. for example have a look at

NASDAQ trading CELH ticker.. used to be on OTC's back in the days..

just like Monster: MNST or New age Bev NBEV or many others just like this
