As the CEO described in the video, you could get a 48 hour pass for testing negative on a current infection test, or a 30 day pass for positive antibody (you already had COVID). If you have been to any of the tents or drive through stations anywhere, then you have seen how simple it is to handle the information. You either preregister or you fill out a document on the spot (often electronically), and your results are available through an email link to a secure site.
TPTW has the app, so you preregister and they notify you through the app after the test. They are constrained only by the speed of handling each test per test site.
Half the people on this thread probably trade or bank through an app, so security is not a big issue to most ( to head off the usual uninformed responses here).
