It’s impossible to know the value of these shares. The shell company usually gets 10 to 15 percent of the new entity after merged. That means the 4 billion Tesoro shares are worth up to 15 percent of X. Number of shares is irrelevant here. It’s certain they will do a reverse split on the merger. They won’t add shares right away because they are diluting by issuing a preferred to the owners of humbl. Some of that preferred they probably will keep as treasury stock as well. The preferred has the voting rights control as well. If you assume this company has potential of being worth say 1 billion, then 15 percent is 150 million. So the 4 billion shares are worth .0375.......2 billion prices .075 and so on
