I don’t think they could put out an 8k now even if an M or A is almost fianalized contingent on share price. There are so many nondisclosure agreements etc until M or A are complete...so I don’t see that happening.

But I agree with you...we will RS and there will be a PR about the M or A and how it’s gonna help us all with shareholder value ...he will go far enough in the PR to tell us everything except who and/or what...and we will be left hanging.

6 months later through a series of drip PRs and shady conference calls we will find out it didn’t work out bc of some bs reason...so now we are making another strategic move/transition etc etc

I was a ration believer but that ultimately has cost me $10k. I learned my lesson.

I just figure I’d rather risk the 1k I have left to hopefully get back some of the 10k. I have about a 1% chance but I figure why admit defeat after losing 9k??
