Oh, no doubt, they'll be caught up with past OTC Filings before they'll announce the Merger. I think they HAVE to be current with OTC standing before they merge. So that's why I asked when you thought their OTC filings would become completed....Do you see them being done by piecemeal in dribs & drabs, or coming out all at once within the next 3 weeks, OR at altogether at the end of the 3-wk period when the Merger is announced?
