Thank you SO much for explaining this, God_Father! But how do you explain, then, that the PPS is going down, not up, especially since yesterday's PR that Dr. Ronald Moss was added to BOD? This is what's been causing a lot of the consternation in the "hub" today, regardless of the confusion over the matter of 750 Milloin Shares Dilution, which I could not find any verification of, and have been asking for sustantiation of such claims on here. Thank you again very much, for setting the record clear on this, but would you kindly offer your input as to why ENZC PPS is going down, not up, today?

Hi, God_Father!~ Regarding your Post herewith, how do you account for a subsequent Poster's (Tkmoney) stating that these 750 Million Shares dated back to August (before you took your Screenshots starting in Sept, on ENZC's records)?

I am confused at this point about all this talk about these multitudinous so-called "diluted" Mystery Shares suddenly coming out of the woodwork & playing havoc on ENZC's stock charts in past few days~ especially mysterious, given PPS reaction to appointment of esteemed Dr. Moss to ENZC's BOD, causing price to go DOWN?!, NOT UP!?!

WHAT GIVES?! What in the world is goin on, really?!

Maybe we need to get clarification from Harry or Charles or Transfer Agent or SOMEbody as to WHEN these OTC filings will be completed, and when Legal Merger will be announced. Just getting an email stating "we're working on it" is not very reassuring, in my opinion, as we've been hearing this for over a month now, and I believe someone in the Company indicated that these things would be completed by "end of month" (Oct.).

Again, I'm saying these things only because I so want to see ENZC succeed, as I believe these Owners hold the KEY for best COVID-Cure, besides many other serious diseases!

Thanks for tackling this GF.... didn’t have time to address the bogus dilution numbers..... this was at 2.3 billion when I showed up.. and that was according to Ameritrade who is usually the last to post current share structure; on the OTC especially....

Just typical OTC traders with the attention span of a fruit fly.... been a ton of movers last 45 days also which compounds the problem!

All good in my hood.... company continues to deliver!! Tic Toc....

Apparently I misinterpreted something I quickly glanced at regarding the "750M shares" and recognize I misread in between working, i.e. "lost in translation."

I'm better with clinical facts anyway based on my professional background, than with the language of the stock market, i.e. share structures, restricted, unrestricted, diluted shares, converted, unconverted, etc! All that is Greek to me. You however provided great clarity via your high degree of DD combined with your comprehension of subject matter related to stock market language, which I very much appreciate.

If you can provide your insight as to what you perceive the reason was the PPS dropped like it did today it would be appreciated since this matter has caused much concern to share holders here that are Long like myself, you, and many others who are committed to this Company and have take large positions.

Personally, I'm not worry at all about what the PPS trading range is from day to day just based on my comprehension of what this company is sitting on and who the scientific-medical professionals are behind the scene, especially with the addition of Dr. Moss to the Board.

I will continue to average down on any and all drops and also average up, either way, as I'm in it for the long haul!
