When did they say this ?

They told us they'd be current with their OTC filings by end of Oct., and would announce their Merger as Official, and let us know which large pharm co's they've been talking with by then also.

I just want to be sure we're not confusing our own predictions, with real info from the company. That can cause misinformation and faulty expectations.
