So why, in mid Sep with the dataset not yet locked, did LG say TLD was expected by about the end of Sep? Please tell me how any rational person would think data was still months away.

Keep blaming it on retail. LMAO.

I will ask the question once more. Does anybody really expect TLD this year?

It is stated exactly as this, from the Oct 5th PR:
"The statisticians will proceed as quickly as possible with analyses of the raw data and prepare summaries of the Trial results for review by the Company, the Principal Investigator, the Steering Committee of the Trial, the Scientific Advisory Board, and a panel of independent brain cancer experts, who will analyze the data with the statisticians in preparation for public announcement and scientific publication."

To me, sounds like OUR team (Company, the Principal Investigator, the Steering Committee of the Trial, the Scientific Advisory Board, and a panel of independent brain cancer experts) will work with THEIR team (independent statisticians) once company is unblinded.

That could be happening as we speak. Topline PR followed by Journal publication. Those are the tea leaves I am reading from DI saying "reread the Oct.5th PR"

Once again, you all leave out the key word in that PR... “Arranging”!...

A CRO is arranging for the data to get to independent statisticians...

Yet you also believe the company would not unblind until all are on board with the end point changes. Well, does that include that statisticians too?

Nobody in his/her right mind would expect the company to say top line data would not be announced in the near future or on any day now as it is still within the guidelines of company's latest news release (5 October news release), which indicates

The Oct 5 PR says nothing at all about when TLD will be released. So there are no "guidelines" to be within.

The previous public corporate statement was mid Sep when LG said about the end of the end of the month. Since lock had not happened, that means they expected TLD within a couple weeks or so of lock.

Earlier it was more like 5 weeks.

And now we are lock + 6 weeks and that is still on time per you.

Trials takes a long time to start and execute, They do not take this friggen long to get TLD once over.
