Staelin converted debt into 324 million shares on 7/17/2018, and converted debt into 469 million shares on 6/14/2019.

He dumped all of those shares. We know this because as of 6/30/2020 he owned ZERO SHARES.

FACT: the current Chairman of the Board converted almost $800,000 of debt into stock in the past 30 months and and dumped it all.

Staelin still holds over $900,000 of BielCorp convertible debt. And the CEO holds several $$$ million worth of convertible debt. Guess who decides WHEN and HOW that debt gets converted into stock?
