I have spoken with Les numerous times and I know him to be a very careful attorney. He has told me many times that he could not divulge the answers to many issues which I raised with him because it was privileged information and that he did not “want to go to Jail”. He is very well aware of what he can disclose during these conversations and if he errs it is always on the side of no comment. It is just not worth it to even appear to be communicating sensitive “inside” information for the sake of one unknown retail investor to say the least.

I second the above. In my talks with LG, my experience has been very similar to that reported by Umibe above. When I tried to probe with questions that went too far, he would shut me down. He was very careful about that. He used that same phrase with me as well - "I do not want to go to Jail”.

I hear what you say about GG. For sure he does not have the training in the law that you have! I greatly appreciated you too for reporting here on what you heard from LG and the confidence it gave you. Valuable information and you were always very careful to quote LG and report what he actually said and not your interpretations of the same.

It doesn't matter what I think either but I do believe GG talked to LG and gave his impressions albeit in a very non-lawyerly fashion. The world would be far less interesting imo if everybody had been well trained and wrote like lawyers all the time, LOL.
