Nah, commons are pretty much at their floor

Clock is ticking on JPS -- if nothing happens before Thanks giving, then Treasury is letting this go WITHOUT administrative action in Trump Presidency

So, then it is up to:

(i) SCOTUS to rule -- god knows where Federal judges go and they hate giving government money away

(ii) Biden administration to plot its course with or without the catman

JPS craters after Thanksgiving as people realize they are now at mercy of SCOTUS ruling and Biden administration
