I might be biased by I find that a stupid business policy.

Last time I checked people used discount brokers because they want to make their own investing decisions.

They apparently do not know their own customer.

Furthermore...

Lots of old tickers have been slapped with the CE because somebody frontloaded and then did an email blast or something. It had nothing to do with previous management.

A CE Warning of that type can be easily removed if-and-when a custodian files a new Form 211.

This would like a car manufacturer selling cars that would not allow you to drive into certain neighborhoods.
